Is my information secure?

It is our highest priority to only offer services with the highest levels of security and convenience; as such, Mobile Banking has been created with the following security features in place to keep your personal financial information private:

What are “nicknames”?

Nicknames are useful when using text banking to look up specific transactions. To obtain transaction history, text “HIST” plus the account nickname that you set up during registration and the system will respond immediately with the most recent transactions for that account. During enrollment, be sure to erase the default nickname (a single-digit number) completely before writing in your customized nickname.

What if my phone gets lost or stolen?

If you lose your phone or it is stolen, your mobile banking access is secured. No personal information from your Mobile Banking account is ever stored on the phone. Your password is never stored. Additionally, your login session automatically times out after a specific period of inactivity.
