First State Bank is proud to announce the promotion of the following executives:
Patti Silvey - Vice President, Retail Banking/Branch Manager
Silvey has 34 years of banking experience. She has been a member of the Cottleville/Weldon Springs Rotary since 2001 and has served as club President and Chairman of the Charitable Fund. She has also been an SCC Foundation board member since 2001. “I am pleased to announce that Patti Silvey has been promoted to Vice President – Retail Services. Patti has done an incredible job serving our client base, streamlining products and procedures, and managing a large number of employees” said the bank’s executive vice president, Luanne Cundiff. Silvey currently resides in Lincoln County, Mo, with her husband.
Renee Vogelgesang - Assistant Vice President, Business Development
Vogelgesang brings over 14 years of experience in the banking industry. At First State Bank, she handles the needs of current business customers and is tasked with finding new growth opportunities in the community. Vogelgesang is Treasurer of the Harvester Kiwanis Club and a member of the Medical Group Management Association, National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and the Risk Manager’s Association, a non-profit organization that advances the use of sound risk principles in the financial industry. She is a resident of Lincoln County, Mo.
Matthew McBride - Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager
McBride has worked in multiple areas of the mortgage servicing business; in his current position, he manages and reviews loan servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and working with customers once they close their loans. He currently resides in St. Peters, Mo
Shaun Overton - Mortgage Information Systems Officer
Overton has been in the banking industry for ten years. At First State Bank, his major duties include providing technical support and data analysis to the mortgage division and continuing the recent endeavor to transition the mortgage division to a more efficient and green environment which has saved over 1 million sheets of paper in the last 6 months. Overton resides in O’Fallon, Mo, with his wife and daughter.
